As a Department Store Supervisor at PT Hadi Retail Indonesia, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 10-15 staff members, and ensuring our sales targets are consistently met. You'll work closely with the regional manager to implement and execute departmental strategies, while also maintaining a high level of customer service and product knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Implement and execute departmental strategies in collaboration with the regional manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to travel within Papua as required.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
