📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streams on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, engaging with audiences in real-time.
• Promote and sell products through live streams, using persuasive techniques to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute live stream strategies that align with our sales goals.
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to educate and excite viewers about our offerings.
• Analyze live stream performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with viewers, turning them into loyal customers.
• Adapt to trends and best practices in live streaming and e-commerce to stay ahead of the competition.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on digital platforms.
• Proven track record of engaging audiences and driving conversions in live streams or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with and persuade diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and live streaming tools like Zoom, OBS Studio, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Fluency in Indonesian, with additional language skills an asset.
