📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the company's innovation strategy and drive the implementation of innovative solutions.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products and services.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Build and manage relationships with industry partners, investors, and stakeholders to drive innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation initiatives on the company's performance and market position.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitiveness.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the innovation team and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation management, product development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in using innovation management tools and software such as Jira, Trello, and Slack.
• Certification in innovation management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
