📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the APAC region, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal performance.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other regional teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product strategy and operations.
  • Proven track record in driving business success and innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the fintech or payment industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with APAC market dynamics is a plus.
