📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing and managing all aspects of retail projects from inception to completion.,Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.,Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Reporting project status and performance to senior management.,Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with retail operations and processes is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
